My April invoice shows $149 but I'm on the $99 plan. I downgraded at the beginning of the month and the confirmation email said it would take effect immediately.

I've flagged this for our billing team and we'll issue a credit within 1–2 business days. Can you confirm the last 4 digits of the card on file?
