If you've forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, you can reset it in a few steps. No prior login is required.
Request a reset link
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password? below the sign-in button.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send reset link. You'll receive an email within a few minutes.
Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within 5 minutes. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Set a new password
- Open the email and click Reset my password.
- Enter your new password. It must be at least 8 characters and include a number or symbol.
- Click Save new password. You'll be signed in automatically.
Your old password becomes invalid immediately. Any active sessions on other devices will be signed out.
